ThumbnailHomeschooling is great fun, and making lapbooks with the kids makes it that much more exciting.

I love lapbooking (as do my kids) because it inspires us to be creative and, more importantly, it's a great learning tool. Because it brings more... more

Praying for your healing, sis! Saw your Canada pictures, and they look great! Wag kang magsawang balitaan kami, ha? I hope you won't have any problems getting an international license. If memory serves me right, you should be able to use your philippine driver's license for about six months from your date of arrival. Just keep your passport handy. During my dad's stint with the LTO, he signed joint agreements with several countries, wherein a philippine driver's license can automatically be converted into a local driver's license. I believe this is the case in Spain and possibly Australia and Singapore. I'm not sure if he signed the same agreement with the Department of Motor Vehicles in Canada. I do know he traveled to North America for the LTO. That may be something you can look into. I'm thinking that it's probably better to just get an Canadian driver's licence, rather than an international driver's license since you'll be in Canada for the next two years anyway. It would be a good way to really assimilate yourself there. I worked in Illinois for a little over a year and a half, but Accenture really made me get an Illinois license. That's all for now. Someone in my Dgroup just arrived. Miss you! Love you! Take care! God bless you always!
